A BIT ABOUT ME

Student at the University of Sydney

Hi, I'm Morris.

I'm currently a buyside equity analyst at Susquehanna International Group and a recent graduate of the University of Sydney (Finance & Mathematics majors). I've created this casual website to write my thoughts and share my journey on fitness, investing and mindset.

My life philosophy is to chase experiences, challenge and growth. I'm drawn to new places, big ideas and people with depth. Always working on improving both physically and mentally while testing out smarter ways to live and perform.

My Passion

Fitness, Investing, Mindset

My 3 key pillars of life.

Fitness: Beyond the Gym

When we hear the word "fitness," images of the gym often come to mind. But for me, fitness extends far beyond just pumping iron or sweating on the treadmill. It's a holistic commitment to long-term well-being. This pillar involves optimising every facet of life, from quality sleep to mindful nutrition and even our caffeine intake. It's about nurturing our physical performance and health for longevity.

Investing: More Than Just Money

Investing isn't solely about making more money, although financial growth is undoubtedly a part of it. This pillar encompasses a broader perspective, one that encourages us to manage our resources wisely, including our time, knowledge, and talents. For me, it's about building wealth in all its forms and learning to harness our capital effectively for a richer life.

Mindset: The Key to Happiness

Among these three pillars, mindset shines as the linchpin. It's arguably the most critical aspect of life. Our mindset shapes our reality, and the quality of our thoughts profoundly influences our happiness. Understanding that our mental disposition and perspective can be transformed is the key to unlocking a more fulfilling and content existence. I'm a big believer of stoicism and focusing on finding clarity through discipline.
